If you have not received your package for an extended period, or if the tracking information shows the package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our customer service within 15 days of placing the order.
Providing an accurate and complete shipping address is crucial. We shall not be liable for any delivery delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by you (the customer).
Once a package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address, and you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping cost for resending the package.
