Return Policy

Please inspect your items within 15 days of delivery. If the received items do not match your order or have quality defects, please contact Customer Service for assistance and provide your order number along with photos of the defective product(s). We offer returns and full refunds for items that are new, unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery according to the policy below.

How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return by following these steps:

  1. 1. Log into your account on the official website or mobile app to submit a refund request. If you do not have a account, click the "View Order" link in your order confirmation email to proceed with the return.
  2. 2. Locate the relevant order under "My Orders" and click the "Return/Refund" button.
  3. 3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason for the return. Depending on the reason selected, you may be asked to provide additional information about the order. After submitting the required information, click "Next" to continue.
  4. 4. Please pack all items being returned into a single package and ship it via a trackable shipping method. Send us the tracking number once available.
  5. 5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. is not liable for delays or loss of packages caused by shipping carriers.
  6. 6. You can check the status of your refund on the order details page. Updates will also be sent via SMS, email, or push notifications.
  7. 7. Important: Ensure your return package is postmarked within 14 days of submitting the return request, otherwise the return process will be automatically closed and cannot be reapplied for. Please ensure that your package is returned in original or unused condition with tags attached and hygiene seals and liners intact, and in the original manufacturer's packaging including tags, components, accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and other inserts.

Refund Rules

  1. 8. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  2. 9. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, as per your request.
  3. 10. Your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3–7 business days to process and post the refund to your account.
  4. 11. Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Rules

  1. 12. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. 13. Once the order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Important Notes

  1. 14. The address shown on your delivery package is not the return address. Sending your return to any other address may cause delays in processing. You must ship your return to the address specified on the return label provided at the time of purchase.
  2. 15. Please ensure that no items you do not intend to return are accidentally placed in the return package. If you have included incorrect items, contact Customer Service immediately. We cannot guarantee recovery or return of such items and do not provide storage, refunds, or compensation for them.
